PrimoOffers, a new digital platform built to support local commerce and revitalise high streets, has officially entered its beta launch phase, offering early access to a closed group of users in select UK locations.
Developed to work seamlessly across mobile, web, and in-store interfaces, PrimoOffers enables small businesses to publish real-time, hyperlocal deals without the pressure of deep discounts or high commission fees. Whether it’s a café offering a lunchtime promotion or a retailer clearing same-day stock, the platform helps merchants reach nearby customers at the moment it matters most.
Unlike traditional deal platforms that take 30–50% commission and lock businesses into unsustainable offers, PrimoOffers is free to use for the first 12 months, with performance-based pricing applied only beyond a revenue threshold — eliminating risk while maximising visibility.

Having already secured pre-seed funding, PrimoOffers has onboarded over 36 merchants, including nationally recognised names like Burger King, Londis, and Premier Stores, alongside independent shops and service providers.
The platform was founded by Swapnil Gharat, a seasoned tech entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience building ventures at the intersection of digital innovation, FinTech, and AdTech. Swapnil previously led startups across India and the UK, including a healthcare technology platform and a custom development firm — both of which achieved successful exits.

“I first had the idea for PrimoOffers after moving to Falmouth and seeing how many amazing local businesses were struggling to compete online,” said Swapnil Gharat, Founder and CEO. “The welcome I received from the community made it personal. I wanted to build something that helps local businesses win — by making marketing smarter, affordable, and actually effective.”

With its closed beta now live, PrimoOffers will continue to onboard merchants and expand its user base region by region, building toward a nationwide rollout over the coming months.
